Nope, wasn't me! I think that's one of those albums that's been on the station for a long time but was only recently unlocked for requests (like Cloven Hoof, Demon, Witchfinder General, etc.)
I see a song by Hericane Alice in the queue. I'm reading Duma Key by Stephen King right now, and they use that term quite a bit in the book - except spelled Hurricane. It seems it is a term for an "unofficial hurricane that is really a severe storm that blows in. Any of you Flordia boys know if that is true?
I have not heard it used it that context down here....I will look into it a bit though now that you got my mind working....

Kiz
Lived in Florida most of my life and have never heard that. Form the sound and spelling, though, I'd wager it's a New England thing.

I finished that book a couple of months ago. I too never heard of that term outside of King's book.
Savatage - Warriors (4:03)
From: Power Of The Night

I think it was Turbo that liked the early Sav I played last week, so here is another to check out :>)

That was me alright. I'm not familiar with very early Savatage but am really liking what I hear.
Hear-n-Aid - We're Stars (7:09)

From: Hear-n-Aid

19 people have voted on this song. That is the most I have seen ever!!
I've seen a couple in the low 20's. I think Deep Purple - "Perfect Strangers" was one of them. Nice to see songs with a lot of votes.
Wow, RATT's "Dead Reckoning" was the first song I've been disappointed in by them. I've liked all my other blind requests of theirs...
I kinda liked it. I have really dug that album and all the stuff you've been hitting off it.

Really? I like that one. In fact, I love that entire album. Maybe you need to request it again and it will turn out to be one of those that grows on you :) I won't mind if you do request it again lol
I like every other song I've heard on the album, but for some reason that one was more of a "blah". I must be in one of those moods today...
Whoa...just as JP was playing, a buddy of mine here in the office asked if I wanted to see Priest, Heaven & Hell and Testament at Mohegan Sun here in CT. Bada bing...

UH - I hope you said YES!!!
I think that was implied with my "bada bing".

Maybe got a little Kerry Wood on the mind there, Andie?
Spread Eagle - Spread Eagle (3:55) (By Request)

Was reading about these guys on Bring Back Glam the other day. They are listed as a "Should Have Been Huge". Timing was wrong I guess.

Yes, they should have, and they sure were.
Late to the dance, I meant.
