Hard Rockin' 80s ("we", "us") operates the hardrockin80s.com website and the Hard Rockin' 80s mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and why.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Only the service providers needed to run the station: Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. Song metadata may be enriched using public services (e.g. YouTube, lyrics providers), which does not involve your personal data.
You can update your details from your account page at any time. Cancelling a Backstage Pass is done from the same place.
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your account page. Full details of what is removed are at hardrockin80s.com/account/delete, which you can read without signing in.
Deletion permanently removes your email address, display name, username, password, points and membership status, ends every signed-in session and mobile app token, cancels any subscription, and deletes who you followed and who you blocked. It cannot be undone.
Posts, comments and song ratings you made publicly remain on the site, shown as “Deleted listener” rather than your name. Other members replied to those posts, and removing them would delete parts of conversations that were not yours alone. What remains holds nothing that identifies you.
If you cannot sign in, email us at the address below from the account's email address and we will delete it for you.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
