I put "Shame" on my list of future songs to request. That was a good one.
Turbo - I was messing on the internet looking at baseball trivia and came across this one:

What do the letters WGN stand for??

I never thought about that one before.

BTW - who is your team???
Since I believe WGN is the Cubs station I'm guessing it means "We Got Nothing". Just teasing, I have no idea.

My team? Is my post logo not showing up?
World's Greatest Newspaper
Some ego

NY Logo - I guess I have seen it so much the last 2 years - I have overlooked it.

(NY who???)
Being a Chicago Boy, that's easy - Worlds Greatest Newspaper. WGN was owned by the Sun Times at one time, they still may be for all I know. I do like We Got Nothing though, even though I am a CUBS fan. You can't be from the North Side and not be.
Who: Started in 1921 by Thorne Donnelley and Elliot Jenkins.
What: It started its first broadcast at the Wrigley Building. They moved to the top of the Drake Hotel after a tornado damaged the Wrigley Building.
Where: They are located in Chicago in the Tribune Tower. They are on 720 AM.
When: The Chicago Tribune got the call letters ????????????…???WGN?????????????? (Worlds Greatest Newspaper) in 1924. The Chicago Tribune owns WGN Radio.
Why: They started to report news and Market reports. They broadcast sports (mostly baseball), music, weather, news, and talk radio! "Little Orphan Annie" became the most popular serial.
How: They got started in 1921 with Broadcasting news and financial info.

TMI - I know -- I love my Cubbies and am bored outta my mind!!!
my comment on the Black n Blue song makes no sense cause my Dangerous Toys "Strange" request got bumped.

I know you were dying to know that

Hey Andie, nice tidbit of info there. Since you seem to know so much and are bored outta your mind, what's the square root of a million?
WikiAnswers - What is the square root of one millionMath question: What is the square root of one million? Square Root of a Million The square root of a million is 1000.

Now we both can sleep tonight!!!
too easy.
Ahh, a feeling of calm just came over me.

I'm heading to see the New Britain Rock Cats (Twins AA team) against the Trenton Thunder (Yanks). I have to check out Austin Jackson for Trenton as he's one of NY's biggest prospects. You probably saw him last year in the FSL since he played for Tampa.
No offense - please don't hunt me down and kill me - but I don't follow any level of Yankees.

No Idea on this kid.
No biggie. It's not easy remembering guys on your own team when they're only there a year and don't want to be in the low minors anyway.
Saxon - I've Got to Rock (To Stay Alive) (4:41)
(By Request)

From: The Inner Sanctum

Damn right Turbo! I thisk this is the best album Saxon have come out with in some time - and I've always been a fan. :)

Was thinking the same thing. Every tune off that album has been killer. It's been added to my "to get" list for sure.
"Diggin real deep here. Never even heard of them. Not played since 2/06...
From: Turbo"

Hey Turbo,

FYI, Fair Game is a project fronted by Ron Keel (of Keel fame) and backed by an all female band. Interesting stuff.

Interesting. I'm not crazy about ballads but it doesn't sound bad. I'll have to request a few more of theirs, hopefully with an up tempo tune.

Male lead and all girl band. Haven't seen many of those.

It is a good album. In my opinion, one of the best album that came out in 2007. And by the words of Byford: "The Inner Sanctum is the most powerful album we've ever recorded".
Oh.. Turbo and Ironskulls, when you guys added the album to your "to get list", PLAY IT LOUD!
