Poor English combinations and word choice combined with confused diction.

I say Thyan, you don't have any hilariously hateful relatives that have recently been on the HardRockin80s.com do you?
"Who comments at 5:00 and decides they're going to go to Walmart, take off all their clothes and masturbate in the bathroom?" Thyan unavailable for comment.

Hey DA, I think I have some Captain Beyond in my catalog. I'll have to check and make sure, but if I do, I'll submit it.
Good ol' SAM is now sending the first 2 dedications I make into the ether. Although the songs played, I noticed that even the note about the dedication next to the track in What's Playing Now is missing part of it.

I'm predicting a SAM crash, and I think it'll be soon. Anyone want to bet me? Better reboot before all hell breaks loose.:shit: :pinch:
Badger - Cast A Spell (2:34)
(By Request)
From: Fierce Rock 'n' Roll

New add to the station but dipping back into the 80s. This one's for our resident Badger who is back from a long weekend!

Great tune FBF!! Anyone else notice the Badgers ranked anywhere from 4th to 6th depending on what poll you are looking at? ( basketball ) No? I bet Skulls noticed!! I'm going to go out on a limb and bet that they don't stay there all year....its a short limb...
Dio - Rainbow in the Dark (4:15)
(By Request)
From: Holy Diver

Okay SAM... NEVER cut this song off ever again. :smashpc:
Great pick Turbo... too bad we didn???t hear it all.
I got off a call just in time to catch my Maiden tune and then Dio (cut off; bummer), Queensryche, King Diamond, Lizzy Borden, Metallica, Zebra, and now Gamma Ray.

Holy shit, I could not have picked a better great tune stretch there.

Excellent picks gang! :hbang1: :beerme: :horns:

Aye!

And it's always good to get a little "special love" Skulls.

For the record, you are HardRockin80s.com's favorite blatantly i~s~a~n~e idiot!!!

B)
Glad the Crew is coming online. The Sam picks this early a.m. have been really, really crappy (imo). :smashpc:

Let's get it rocking!

I will admit to liking some ballads now and again. I was a teen in the 80's chasing girls, so of course ballads were an important part of the music collection to impress the ladies. We certainly did not have a shortage of them from our favorite glam metal bands, but there were few that really fell out of the generic side and were really impressive.
This tune is in the impressive side. I have only heard it once before and after it kept playing I had to change my rating to a 10. I don't recall the name of the singer for this band but he was killin' the vox and the layered acoustic and electric guitars was amazing.
Not sure why this never got in rotation on any of the rock stations in my area back in the day, but man they missed a good one (another I think of like that is It's Over Now by Frehley's Comet).

Excellent pick Lab :horns:
Well said Ironskulls. The 80's wouldn't have been the same without a nice power ballad or two!
Can't take credit for it. It was a Random Artist Request.

Thanks Sam! (and right after I bashed "him" for making crappy picks in the early a.m.) :P

Leather Nunn - You're The One (4:17)
(By Request)
From: Take The Night

Yes loyal listeners your voices have once again been heard by the dedicated HardRockin80s.com Survey Team. Your mid week poll is now closed but the results have been tallied regarding the missing ratings restrictions here at the site...13% ??? want a return of the HR80s " points for swag" program; 69% ??? stoked that HR80s library is open for business; 17% ??? want the station to change format to accommodate hate metal and all the electrifying make ded do's that entails; 1% ??? More Sabbath

Well it looks like F'n Sam did not feel the same about this tune as he chopped it off about 20 seconds in.
Bastard! :smashpc:

At least Helloween was the follow-up.

Well so much for the diligent efforts of the HardRockin80s.com's Survey Team to maintain our member's anonymity.

Stay tuned loyal listeners. Will the pleas of the HR80s membership to bring back the "Points for Swag" Program be heard by the corporate bean counters?!?

According to Friedrich Nietzsche, ???That which does not kill us makes us stronger.?? It can also really piss you off. Hope you have a warm office.
I was prepared, so it wasn't too bad. The cold I can handle, it's the repair bill for the car that might piss me off!
