Michael Sweet "Radio" from his latest solo project One Sided War, out now.
Fun vid of Michael and the boyz making fun of rock/metal artist that have "gone country" to make a buck.

> Metallica frontman James Hetfield says that one of the tracks on the band's new album is a tribute to Lemmy's favorite Marshall Super Bass Head from 1976, affectionately named Murder One.
>
> "Murder One" appears on Metallica's 10th album, Hardwired… To Self-Destruct, which is scheduled for release on November 18. The Metallica song features lyrics made up of Mot?rhead song titles.
>
> Hetfield said: "Mot?rhead had a lot to do with Metallica sitting here right now. But just Lemmy, as kind of a father-figure, he helped us a lot.
>
> "He was unafraid. He was a character. He was himself. He did his own thing to the last breath. No matter who you are, how could you not be inspired by that?"

> Former Triumph frontman Rik Emmett is joined by Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson on "Human Race", a track on Emmet's forthcoming album, "RES9".
>
> "When Rik asked me to play on his new album, I didn't hesitate for a second," explains Lifeson. "He's the consummate musician, a wonderful guitarist, and a terrific person, and it's always my pleasure to work with him any chance I can get.
>
> "There is a rock purity in his songwriting and performance, and it's just so much fun to get together and throw ideas around. He's always so up and open for anything - even a notoriously uncooperative Rickenbacker 12-string!"
>
> Due November 11, the project by Emmett and his touring band RESolution9 - featuring guitarist Dave Dunlop, bassist Steve Skingley and drummer Paul DeLong - delivers new music with the help of guest appearances by Lifeson, Dream Theater's James LaBrie and a reunion with Triumph members Mike Levine and Gil Moore.
My apology for the double Metallica Moth to Flame post...

Was never a puke (I mean punk, lol) fan, but there was always something cool about Suicidal, maybe because they often crossed the punk line into the metal world ("How Can I Laugh Tomorrow..." is a perfect example). I need to look these guys up and see who the lineup is beside Mike as I know they have rotated crew members quite a bit over the years.
