By the time this one dropped in '89, Vivian Campbell had moved onto Def Lep and Adrian Vandenberg was recovering from a hand injury. Steve Vai was called in to help finish the project and his signature is all over this album and in a good way. His playing style and tone shined through on these tracks, it's Vai through and through.
