Just got this off eBay for (regular price is in the 20's but threw a low offer at a seller that did not know what they had and got this double cd for 10.99!). If you like Ghost, especially the later albums (the site is waaay behind on uploads for these guys), I highly recommend this one. Most from a San Fran show last year, and is a nice "greatest hits" hits live compilation of Papa and the Ghouls just before the band hysteria took place. Quality is excellent and Papa does not gab too much and take away from just a good ol live album.
New studio album is in the works with Tobias Forge at the helm and with whom ever he has in place at this point. Tobias noted this one will be even heavier and darker than Meliora, which took them more to the doom metal side and away a bit from the pop-prog side.

Resident experts have double checked the math and, to be certain, the above is the complete opposite of a DrK SAM Sh!tstorm.
Isn't it a great day for metal?

Besides the really cool Quiet Riot tune, Sam the Song Selector has been throwing up all over the que again...for hours. May have to throw in the new Therion cd's my brother got me for my b-day, after my Helloween comes by.

> JP from Metal Rules is doing some interviews with record collectors. I bet many Day Crew members are way past the 1000+ cds, cassettes, records. I'm in the 500+ so I thought it would be cool to have one of our own interviewed.
Our old buddy Keir submitted his collection to Metal Rules and they did a write up about it. Cool stuff and we know Keir; his collection is WAY deep. Check it out!

Holy crap, this is amazing. Recall hearing about this "super group" but forgot about it. With this much talent onboard, nothing less than astounding would be expected.

> In early 2017, rumors began circulating about a new secret project including former Dream Theater members Mike Portnoy and Derek Sherinian. Finally, on August 1st, the duo revealed the details to the rest of the world, introducing their new band, SONS OF APOLLO. Reuniting to form SONS OF APOLLO, Portnoy and Sherinian join forces with guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (ex-Guns N’ Roses), bassist Billy Sheehan (The Winery Dogs, Mr. Big, David Lee Roth) and vocalist Jeff Scott Soto (ex-Journey, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force). Their debut album, Psychotic Symphony, was released on October 20 via InsideOutMusic/Sony Music.

Just seeing this, ‘Skulls... Not sure what happened. I was out of my office in a meeting and never saw it in the queue. It wasn’t an Admin deletion... may be a corrupt track. What song was it?

Doc, sorry for the delayed reply, was on conf calls through the rest of the day yesterday so had the site in the background; didn't even get to request any more tunes (damn work getting in the way! LOL).
Anyway, was Love Lies from the first album. I think I recall having this issue in the past with other tracks from the early Bon Jovi catalog, but don't remember if it was just this S/T release or from the other early three albums too.
Figured it was not an Admin deletion, was just venting at "Sam" :smashpc:

Any Upload Gods have Mortal Sin - 1986 Mayhemic Destruction & 1989 - Face Of Despair? Seems like some classic Thrash that should be here. Especially the first album.

In the name of 3rd Thrashing Thursday, Darkness - 1987 - Death Squad would be another classic German Thrash add to the Catalogue. Your collection runs real deep if you got this one!
