I have Roots Bloody Roots by Sep in my folder right now. It's all the Calvera era live cuts from that compilation album. Of course it's been sitting there for over 6 months now... :blink:

I have had this argument with many former site members....
Why in hell do you request a track that is in the regular rotation on FM radio?
There's plenty to choose from here. In fact, nearly the entire GNR catalog is here...but we get a crappy 9 minute track. :pinch:
Yet another moment in HR80s time where the volume knob gets cranked to zero. :whistle:
On another positive note, it's mighty nice to see Chancey return to the Day Crew mix.

Personally I like the tune..but I totally agree with you Freebs..I can hear it on any local station here..and like you said the GnR catalogue is deep..thaht is why I avoid it..tooo much play time for me locally.. and yeah welcome back Chancey..

I agree Freebs. As a general rule I’m not selecting songs that I know are in heavy rotation on FM and I try not to pick the most well known songs unless the band is fairly obscure. Take a chance and go deep. Of course the HR80s IQ runs deep (musically DR K) so it can be challenging at times. I will say every once in a while I want a big slice of self-indulgence.

Yeah, I'm guilty of the AC DC but in my defense I try to pick the lesser know songs. Sometimes you just want to get into that, I-don't-hava-job and play horse shoes all day submerged in Natty Lite mood.
