Bon Jovi - Lost Highway (4:14)
(By Request)

From:
Lost Highway

Ok, guess I have to chime in on the Bon Jovi topic. I didn't pay too much attention 'til the thread started, but man - what happened to limits on the number of times artists are played?

I'm curious about the software being used on HR80s. Is there a limit on artists being played per 24 hour period? Who designed the software? Lord knows that Sirius XM needs something like it. The artist and song repetition is an absolute joke.

MUCH better!

I agree!!! Man I really can't get enough of this album - Jeff Scott Soto never sounded better and this Kuni dude (Japanese Guitar God!!!) is pretty damn amazing!

The artist and song repetition is an absolute joke. You????????ve probably heard us talking about SAM, that????????s the name of the broadcasting software Chris uses. Someone correct me if I????????m wrong, but I believe it works like this: He can pick how much time must pass before the same artist will be played for each different artist. Fringe artists are only allowed once every 24 hours or less, while the bigger names like Bon Jovi can play once an hour.

I know I never heard of it before.

Well what I know (or have dug up recently) is that Kuni was only distrubuted in Japan for whatever reason. He has many albums and most do not have the same singer. I did read there is a new release for 2011 due out on Sleazeroxx but not sure who is involved.
Glenn Hughes - Stormbringer (5:10)
(By Request)

From:
Burning Japan Live

Mr Hughes is one of the guests to appear on TMS on March 3rd
From:
314 .

I was given a choice of dates when I got the invite for the upcoming season taping. At that time, I didn't know Glenn was gonna' be on, so I chose the 5th since it is a Saturday. Still don't know who the guests are for the 5th yet.

I know I tried to let you know but it was probably too late. I got that from his fb fan page and twitter. Still cool - I want to go to a taping!!!

I remember Dale - thanks, and you're right, I had already requested the 5th. Had I only known a week or so sooner. Hopefully, there'll be cool guests on the 5th. They tape two shows each day, so you are there for over four hours. They are taping in Hollywood this season as opposed to Glendale. Wonder if it's a bigger studio? Hope I get chosen to try and Stump The Trunk again.

You could do a entire set of Doug Aldrich without repeating a band.

House of Lords, Hurricane, Lion, Bad Moon Rising, Dio

Saw him with Dio right before he joined Whitesnake. It was at the Greek. Scorpions and Deep Purple were also on the bill.

Thought that sounded like Foo Fighters on steroids.

Congrats and best of luck to him!
Hope he????????s getting a scholarship to help you pay for his education.
Thanks. No athletic scholarships in DIII, but his grades are pretty good so hopefully he gets something there. They told us they are very aggressive when it comes to financial aid. We'll see...

My son is a shortstop, but has played second, third, and even some outfield. Eastern only has 3 middle infielders on the team, and the coach told him he would get a good look at second next year, as that spot is opening up, and eventually taking over at SS (a junior playing there this year). They aren't recruiting any other middle infielders, so he has a real good shot as long as the bat gets going.

Don't know them either Slick, but damn that freakin killed! Is that new band (see 2008 on the album date)? Reminded me of early German thrash stuff like Assassin and such.

I love this LIVE version vs. the original recorded version. Doesn't happen very often like that, but Udo und das jungen sure do rock it LIVE!!!

They are part of that whole NWOTHM (New Wave Of True/Traditional Heavy Metal) like White Wizzard, Skull Fist, Cauldron, Holy Grail, etc. Into The Night is their first album, they have a new one but I don't have it yet.
