What? They have always been there. one of my favorites!
I dunno dale, I thought they hadn't. I guess that since they returned to the site, SAM has been playing them a lot more, due to the shortage of diversity, so I've only now become really aware of them. they're not my kinda music, you know that, but to each their own! :D.

dave, i didn't see this before you posted, so I'm not 100% certain but I do think it sounded like helloween. I'm sure John OB and Chris will post the full top 50 now that the show has aired.

the tunes are decent on that album but I agree it is NOT DT....just as (I know this is not a popular thing to say to some people) the 1st 2 from Maiden are not what I want to hear - music is kick ass but Paul sucks as a singer.

When I was in high school in the late 70s/early 80s we had a BOC club/gang. We even made these gray hoodies with the BOC logo on the back. It was cool because anybody that wasn't cool had no idea who they were. :wink:

"I'm Alive" by Helloween was #9 (or possibly #8). That's where I turned it on so I'm not sure what came before it.

Me too. If you listen to both versions, of any of the songs, the demos are in a lower key (or at least his vocals are). Maybe that's why I like them better?

When I ripped the show I added in 21 and re-titled it as LD50 Part 6 so it is officially in my LD50 this year.
