I buy material from like 4 companies in Canada, everyone of them is f'ed up. They just dont give a shit about anything. Never acknowledge an order, send material whenever they want, if its the wrong material they dont care, if you bitch about it they dont care, I think theyre all smoking way to much medicinal marijuana

That's funny Slick. Our Customer Service moved to Canada early this year and we get the same thing. The don't give a crap if material ships, when the schedules are due, nothing. I used to be able to walk over to a desk in the same building...
That was a great cost savings, piss off all my customers. But guess it could have been worse, at least these people understand english, unlike our IT help desk.
I'll take a chillin Labatts and a Moosehead chaser though...yummy :>)
