Well, I think we saw this was the writing on the wall. If this was a consensual situation, and the woman involved was NOT underaged, then I kind of feel sorry for Dave, although he is married so even online is a no-no. He is then another causality of this odd "instant" cancel culture that is going on.
If the facts prove the woman was groomed and was underaged, than holy shit, not cool and he got what is and what is coming to him.
Gotta be a blow to the money flow as the new album is done and touring is opening back up which is a big part of artist income. So not good there.
I wonder if Dave M will call back James LoMenzo??

Ellefson may be an iconic thrash metal bassist but he's obviously not terribly smart when handling his "adult interactions". Never film your dirty deeds - unless you want the world to know.

Wow, they even wiped him from the recordings. It just seems a bit extreme at this point, why would thy not let his parts still be there on the new album? I see legalities again in the MegaDave camp.
