Named after the Hollywood night club, Starwood's sound harkens back to the era of late 70s/early 80s glam and sleaze rock bands who became famous there. The band was formed by Lizzy Borden members Lizzy, Joey Scott, and Marten Andersson and also features Joe Steals on guitar. In addition to playing with Lizzy Borden, Marten Andersson has also toured with Lynch Mob. The band says they plan to release another album but are currently focusing on Lizzy Borden.
