Derek St. Holmes (Lead Vocals & Guitar) and Rob Grande (Bass) were a major part of Ted Nugent's band in the 70's. Both guys left Nugent and formed a band with ex-Montrose drummer Denny Carmassi. They recorded 1 album for Warner Brothers and toured Europe opening for Van Halen on the "Van Halen II" tour. The album went nowhere and the band split up.
