John Fannon (guitar), Hirsh Gardner (Drums), Gary Shea (Bass), and Jimmy Waldo (Keyboards) formed New England in the mid 70's.  They were later discovered and signed by KISS manager Bill Aucion.  Paul Stanley produced their debut album and New England toured the U.S. with Kiss on the "Dynasty" tour as support. Touring with Kiss helped the band score a U.S. Top 40 hit with "Don't ever wanna lose ya" (#40).  Unfortunately, the band never really took off and broke up after releasing 3 studio albums.  John Fannon left the band and was replaced by Vincent Cusano (aka Vinnie Vincent)  and they changed their name to Warrior.  That short lived band never went anywhere.   A few years later, Garner ended up suing Vinnie Vincent for stealing master recordings and an enormous studio bill. A Vinnie Vincent Invasion show ended up being cancelled when in the Boston ,because all of their equipment got impounded due to the lawsuit. Hirsh Gardner won the suit against Vincent.   Shea and Waldo went on to form Alcatrazz with Graham Bonnet and Yngwie Malmsteen.

U.S. Album Chart Positions: 1979 "New England" (#50) 1981 "Walking Wild" (#176)

U.S. Singles Chart Positions: 1979 "Don't Ever Wanna Lose Ya" (#40) 1979 "Hello Hello Hello" (#69)
