I've been struggling with finding information regarding the request process here on the site...I know there has been some discussion on the "...Now Playing" thread but, as a newbie, I thought it may be helpful to create a thread that specifically discusses what precisely the request/deciation process is...in advance I apologize for my ingnorance and any help you and the crew can provide in my (and other's) enlightenment is greatly appreciated!

So, as backstage pass members we get 5 requests every 2 hours. Got it.

Each artist is assigned a particular priority rating based upon their relevance here at HR80s. This affects frequency of their requestability right? If you make multiple requests from the same artist and their priority rating is pretty high - and you get the requests in before any one song plays - one song will play every two hours until all five (or fewer) requests hit the cue. Right?

What happens when multiple listeners request the same artist at the same time? I presume the first request plays and as long as the second request is made before the first song is played it will enter the cue based upon the artist's priority rating - which could be in 2 or more hours? Or does the request simply get vaporized?

At what point do you get the try again message when trying to request?

I think that's it.

Hope I am not beating a dead horse for the crew and am providing a decent informational thread for newcomers.
